Mikie founded Rely Digital in 2018, after seeing a gap in the industry with campaign measurability. He made it his mission to work with organizations to bring the value of performance-advertising. Mikie is a former instructor of UBC's Digital Marketing & Analytics program and brings 12 years of industry experience. As the Business Development Manager at Rely, Dominic is committed to cultivating new client relationships and driving agency growth. His previous experience in London involved spearheading lead generation across various marketing disciplines. Beyond work, Dom is an avid supporter of Nottingham Forest FC and enjoys exploring his passions for travel, music festivals, and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Kelsey is our Growth Marketing Manager, who manages our team of digital experts. She works on strategic planning, multi-channel marketing execution, informative data analytics and communication with clients. As a born and raised Vancouverite, you can find her stuffing her face on Wing Wednesdays, catching flying discs in an ultimate frisbee game or cheering loudly at a live concert.
As our Growth Lead, Ali devises on all things campaign strategy, optimization, client communication and execution for some of our biggest client accounts. Ali is a huge Arsenal fan and loves playing tennis and ping-pong, and eating Chipotle.
Originally from Ireland, Eimear’s day-to-day responsibilities include campaign strategy and execution across a number of key accounts, managing client relationships, reporting and optimizations. After work, she takes full advantage of the Vancouver lifestyle, enjoying happy hours with her friends, swimming in the beach and practicing her kickboxing skills.
As one of our Growth Strategists, some of Michael's responsibilities include measuring ad analytics, executing on campaigns across different ad platforms, and performance monitoring. He enjoys working directly with our clients, and leads on various accounts. He is a long-distance cross-country ski and trail runner, as well as an avid Canadians baseball fan who attends as many games as he can!
Jacob is a recent SFU graduate who completed a Bachelor of Communications in June 2023. On his daily to-do’s he pulls data analyses, runs creative tests, budget plans and supports in campaign launches and reporting for clients. At lunch time, he’ll always be eating sushi or talking about The Office. After work, he enjoys watching many different types of sports on TV.
Sakura is our Digital Marketing Coordinator, completing her Bachelor of Commerce at UBC Sauder and majoring in Marketing and Business Analytics. She'll be joining us for an 8-month co-op, bringing her passion for marketing and fresh perspectives to our team. In her spare time, you can find her making Spotify playlists, sipping on matcha lattes, and seizing every opportunity to travel!
Originally from Brazil, Lara is responsible for conceptualizing and designing user-centric landing pages and websites, assets for various ad platforms and other eye-catching marketing materials for Rely and for clients that need creative support. She is passionate about dance, traveling, going to concerts, hanging out at the beach and Brazilian carrot cake.
