Business Development Lead

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

Rely Digital is looking for a hands-on Growth & Demand Generation Lead to own client acquisition end-to-end. This role blends outbound sales, demand generation, and growth marketing. You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities through proactive outreach, campaigns, partnerships, and relationship building. Turning visibility into revenue.

This is not a passive marketing role. You will actively create a pipeline.

What You’ll Own

Pipeline Generation

Proactively source and qualify B2B leads via:

  • Cold calling
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Email sequences
  • Networking and partnerships
  • Book discovery calls with qualified prospects
  • Own monthly pipeline targets and opportunity creation
  • Or any other channel you might find important

Demand Generation Campaigns

Execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns:

  • LinkedIn campaigns
  • Email nurture and content strategy
  • Develop prospect lists and ICP targeting

Networking & Growth Partnerships
  • Attend industry events
  • Build relationships with founders and operators
  • Develop referral partnerships
  • Represent Rely Digital externally
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities
  • You become a visible growth ambassador for Rely.

Strategy + Feedback Loop
  • Provide market insights to leadership
  • Improve sales materials and pitch flow
  • Spot funnel bottlenecks and conversion gaps
  • Help shape Rely’s go-to-market strategy

What You Bring
  • 3+ years in B2B growth, sales development, or demand generation (agency or SaaS preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline (not just run campaigns)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and real conversations
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Self-directed, proactive, and outcome-driven
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing agency
