Role Description
We’re hiring a Demand Generation Strategist on a 6-month contract to own the development and execution of a B2B growth engine. This role will help build inbound and outbound systems that attract, engage, and convert qualified leads. You’ll work closely with leadership, designers, and content creators to shape everything from campaigns and landing pages to video concepts and event strategy. You’ll use tools like HubSpot, AI platforms, and data analytics to connect creative with measurable impact.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid, organic, outbound, events) that drive qualified B2B pipeline.
- Map customer journeys and build campaign frameworks that align TOF, MOF, and BOF stages.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot for lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and automation.
- Lead A/B testing on landing pages, messaging, and CTAs to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on content strategy, campaign briefs, and performance insights.
Content & Analytics
- Oversee the creation of outbound content (email sequences, DMs, benchmark reports, thought leadership).
- Partner with contractors and creators on sizzle reels, webinars, and event promotion content.
- Track campaign performance and pipeline contribution across all channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations using HubSpot, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
- Continuously refine targeting and messaging through data and audience research.
What You'll Bring
- 4–6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital strategy (agency or SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven record of building or optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey, content funnels, and ABM-style outreach.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, and CRM workflows.
- Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, email nurture, and landing page optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset, you measure success with data and adapt quickly.
- Excellent writing and communication skills; able to craft clear and persuasive messaging.
